BRIGGS is operated by Lockeet, a company registered in Brazil. This page covers the data we collect on this website. It does not cover the data our customers process inside the platform, which is governed by their own agreement with us.
What we collect
If you fill in a form, we collect the name, work email, phone number and company name you give us, plus the page you submitted from. That is it. We ask for a phone number because that is usually the fastest way to reach someone, not to add you to a dialer.
If you only browse, we collect standard analytics through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you arrived. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to schedule a demo you asked for, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and to remember where a visit originated, so we know which channels bring people here. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the banner, and the site works normally without them.
Who we share it with
Service providers that make the site and our sales process work: Google Analytics for traffic measurement, Vercel for hosting, Twenty for our CRM, and Calendly for scheduling. Each processes data on our instruction and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
Contact details stay in our CRM while there is an active conversation or a reasonable prospect of one. Ask us to delete them and we delete them, with no conditions attached.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to franco@usebriggs.com.br and we will respond within 30 days.
We are a Brazilian company and operate under the LGPD. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the rights above are the ones the GDPR grants you and we apply them the same way. If you are in California, the same applies under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Where the data lives
Our infrastructure and the providers above operate across Brazil, the United States and the European Union. If you contact us from outside Brazil, your data will be processed in more than one jurisdiction.
